24 Hour Cafe was located in the Upper Marina district of Central Night City.
Overview
This was one of a durable breed of "joints" serving food to the never ending stream of workers and wanderers who passed through the maritime area. It was very popular among the smugglers and other dockside denizens of the area thanks to its "home-cooked style" meals.[1]
