Rose, Dahlia & Flora's Creations was located in the Old Downtown district of Central Night City.

Overview

This establishment was a large and well-stocked greenhouse and flower shop. RD&F had almost every known exotic plant. It was owned and operated by a trio of elderly women who usually argued among themselves for hours about the customers' floral arrangement. However, they did an amazing job. If someone really needed to impress a date, it was advised for them to come to this shop.

The greenhouses were in the interior, well-protected against vandals. The exterior area was not as lucky, and graffiti were starting to cover the walls as well. Boosters in the area tended to throw trash at the customers, but for some reason, the local Maelstrom gang never bothered this place.
