The Balinger Building was located in the Corporate Center district of Central Night City.

Overview

This was a typical small-business building, with fifteen floors of nine-to-five private sector micro-businesses. The largest among them were Parkman Domestic Realty, World insurance, Wrigley & Wrigley Inc., Financial Consultants, and the offices of Ben Feinberg, C.P.A. Feinberg was a notable character, as he was an accountant to many Night City celebrities, including the Mayor Mbole Ebunike, several local actors and musicians, and a number of wealthy executives from EBM and Network 54.
