The Taira Apartments was located in the Northside District of Central Night City.

Overview

This was once a nice middle-class apartment block until the street punks moved in and scared all the families out. Ever since, the punks infested the place. This was a sore point with the neighbors, and people pointed to it as a prime example of how the neighborhood was going to hell.
