The Garden (2020)

The Garden was a small park located in-between Lake Park and Japantown proper, in Central Night City.

Overview

In 2020, the Garden was a small park that consisted of a fountain, red spider lily flowers and roses. For this reason, it was considered a lover's lane in Night City, where couples could safely stroll during the day or night. Its safety had to do with its local gang, the Japantown-based Gold Eagles. This guardian gang had chosen the Garden as their local turf, and maintained a constant patrolling around its grounds. The reasoning behind this was the Eagles' leader, Mamoru Shintani. His younger sister was murdered in this park, and due to some sort of honor-debt, the Gold Eagles vowed to protect the Garden.
