Reported Crime: Needle in a Haystack is a NCPD Scanner Hustle in Cyberpunk 2077.

Walkthrough

This is picked up from a reported crime at the docks area in the northwestern part of Northside. To find the right container, use the journal to track it or look for the blue container on the top level furthest northwest (it should have a "die die die" graffiti on it on one side). Climb up to the blue container and open the right door to get to the loot.
