Long Last Books

Long Last Books was a bookstore located in the Upper Eastside district of Central Night City.

Overview

This bookstore was owned by a couple who, in resistance to the publishing combines, only sold books by independent companies, as well as rare, out of print, banned, or hard-to find books. Although they charged exorbitant rates, their stock was genuine, and though it could take them ten years or more to find something, they never stopped looking. This store's defiance of social norms had brought them immunity from the gangs, but not from the corporations.
