Water Rats
The Water Rats were a gang operating in Night City.
Overview
In the 2010s, the Water Rats operated out of the docks of Night City, especially around the Marina and South City districts. For this reason, they were in constant clash with the Harbor Police. The gang made their living by helping pirates smuggle stuff into the city.[1]
