Jessie Brasso, aka Grinder, is a Solo in Cyberpunk RED.
Biography
Lieutenant Jessie Brasso has been the leader of NCPD Precinct #1's elite TAC Squad for the past 2 years. He puts his teammates through a rigorous training regiment and always analyses his opponents capabilities with a cool-head before a fight. Despite all these efforts, the TAC squad has often confronted gangsters and cyberpsychos with mixed results and high casualty rates.
He’s been offered a lucrative position in MaxTac, but considers Max Hammerman a traitor for essentially turning into a mercenary.[1]
