Anti-Dazzle

Overview
This cyberoptics add-on can only be installed at a Mall at a cost of 100 eb, and requires its user to pair two cybereyes. It makes the user immune to effects like blindness caused by flashing lights or flashbangs.[1]
It has a Humanity Loss of 2 during Character Generation, and a loss of 1d6/2 when installed later.[1]
