A Flashbulb is an option for Cyberarms in Cyberpunk RED.

Overview

This Cyberarm add-on can be installed at a Clinic at a cost of 500 eb. It can emit a burst of bright light that causes anyone within a 25 m/yd area to make a DV15 Resist Torture/Drugs Check or suffer the Eye Damage Critical Injury for 1 Minute (unless they use Cyberoptics with Anti-Dazzle).[1]

It has a Humanity Loss of 7 during Character Generation, and a loss of 2d6 when installed later.[1]
