28th Street Underpass
The 28th Street Underpass was located in the South City district of Night City.
Overview
This underpass was located right beneath the W. Gibson Memorial Freeway. The location was not far from the Central Night City limits, and was very close to the Combat Zone.
The underpass was a common boostergang meeting place.[1][2]
