The Cut-o-Matic x-MOD2 has an iconic modifier that increases Headshot Damage Multiplier by 50%, and allows installation of up to two mods. It also grants a 30% chance to apply Burning.

Acquisition

• Can be found in lodged in John Blum's head, who's body can be found in-between ESC Explorer and Digimmortal in Terra Cognita, Dogtown.
