Towa Type-00-Kai (2020)

Towa Manufacturing Type 00-Kai sniper rifle is a redesigned version of the Type 00 Sniper Rifle, used mainly by the SDF and Japanese Police SWAT teams since 2000. Uses cased ammo for Electrothermal Ammo Enhancement. Comes with smartchipping and computerized sights (add +3 to WA).^[1]^[2]
