Typically its down to commited, consistent and quality editing as well as being part of the community. I Had grand plans when i took over (previously the wiki was not in a good position), however due to my work situation i've barely been active in this past year. I Will take the time to say you've done some great edits and added a lot of quality content from what i can tell. 

I've not had a chance to really read through all of your edits, but just a quick note, please make sure you adhere to the editing policy of not copy/paste from the sourcebooks. Again i'm not sure if you have done so or not, but i asked Mike Pondsmith and he gave permission for content to be used, but in our own words and not how they are published.
