Hi again! I'm currently busy studying abroad in the UK, however I currently have a bit of free time and thought I might (finally) be able to discuss the issue of in-universe vs out-of-universe information on the wiki.

I might as well come out and state that I highly support an in-universe information only policy as is done on Wookieepedia; the other wiki of which I am a part of. As you have pointed out, differing stats for differing games would inflate infoboxes and quickly become outdated. Likewise, since Cyberpunk is now a multi-media franchise rather than a simple tabletop RPG, gameified stats and values would only be relevant for a specific game, and not the franchise as a whole. If someone wanted to find out game information, they could always buy the Prima Guide that will come out; or read the rulebook themselves.

I think that by focusing this wiki's energy on lore-based information we can fill a niche in the Cyberpunk community by bringing together decades of canon and information under a single roof and become an essential resource for those playing the original RPGs, video games, or watching the feature films and television series that may come out of this as a result. Focusing our efforts on this will also allow us to more quickly get the wiki up to speed for the upcoming CD RED game launch.

If we still want to include game information, I would highly recommend utilizing a tab system similar to the Canon/Legends divider used on Wookieepedia. One wiki I like a lot is the Handmaiden's Tale wiki, which I think has a good way of dividing this information. Here is a | link to a page as an example. Again, however, changing stats, rules, and values between the game mediums will likely result in page inflation and increase the burden on the few active editors on this wiki to police and keep it up to date. If someone wants to learn the rules of the game they can read the guidebook, if someone wants to learn the lore they can read the wiki (as all lore is scattered throughout the guidebooks and isn't available in a single place for the Cyberpunk community, while game-related information is).

Again, however, I would highly recommend sticking to a lore-based wiki at least for the immediate future. As for in-universe and out-of-universe text in the body of an article, |this section of the Manuel of Style on Wookieepedia explains it better than I could! (Just replace Star Wars with Cyberpunk)
