Template fields include:

• last name
• first name
• coauthors (list all coauthors here, only first author uses the last name and first name fields)
• year it's published
• month it's published
• date it's published
  • if no date is given (or only month and date but no year) it'll revert to showing "n.d." (no date)
• title
• url (is mandatory as this is for citing web pages)
• work (if what's being cited is part of a larger body of text)
• publisher
