Nomad Hand Crossbow

The Nomad Hand Crossbow is sometimes used by nomads to flatten tires and distract drivers. The weapon is AP, but damage is not halved.
The weapon is usually hand-made and found in pistol form, but the basic frame can be strapped to the forearm and fired by a string trigger tied to a finger.[1][2]
