The "Falcon" is a Sandevistan Operating System manufactured by Militech in Cyberpunk 2077.

Overview

Can be activated and deactivated on demand.

While it is active:

• Time is slowed down by 70% for everyone but the user.
• Increases damage by 5-10%.
• Increases Crit Chance by 5-15%.
• Increases Crit Damage by 5-10%.

Neutralizing an enemy when this Sandevistan is active gives:

• 5% extended duration
• 10-12% Health

This Sandevistan has a base duration of 9-10 seconds and a cooldown of 40-30 seconds.

Acquisition

• Can be purchased from any Ripperdocs after level 30. Rarity increases every 10 levels.
• Black Steel In The Hour of Chaos - Given to V if they reached out to Carol Emeka to help fight MaxTac.
