Overview
Los Padres Penitentiary is a unique prison facility used by NCPD's MaxTac and capable of holding the most dangerous cyberpsychos.[1][2]
In 2077, a MaxTac convoy headed for Los Padres was intercepted by V, Solomon Reed and 6th Street.[3]
