Listen Up, You Primitive Screwheads!!!!, subtitled The Unexpurgated Cyberpunk Referee's Guide is a supplementary rulebook for Cyberpunk 2020.

The book is aimed at referees of player controlled games that want some additional help in running games. The book is written by a team of experienced Cyberpunk Referees, writers and players including Mike Pondsmith.

The guide helps players to properly start a campaign, how to encourage new players to pick their roles and the advantages they bring. Mike Pondsmith gives refs some tips for when the players get out of control and start disregarding the ruleset and a simplified combat system is included.

On the credits page, there is a congratulatory note to Mike and Lisa Pondsmith, on the birth of their son Cody.
