Overview
Contagion is a Tier 2 combat quickhack that infects enemies with a virus, causing toxic substances to leak and dealing poison damage over time. It can spread to up to 2 enemies within 8 meters, but is ineffective against mechs, robots, drones, and turrets.
Variants
Contagion has several tiers, each with enhanced capabilities: - **Tier 3**: Increases the number of enemies affected from 2 to 4 and extends the duration by 1 second. - **Tier 4**: Causes Burn effects or the Overheat quickhack to explode the enemy. - **Tier 5**: Increases the damage of Contagion by 15% for each subsequent enemy it spreads to.
Acquisition
All variants of Contagion can be obtained through Breach Protocol, a mini-game in Cyberpunk 2077.
