Arkansas is a state within the New United States of America.

History

Arkansas was hit particularly hard by the Wasting Plague. The state government was so destitute that their public information program received a mere pittance of funds it never distributed. The Wasting Plague caused the highest body count in Arkansas and Texas and Tennessee closed off the border at Texarkana and Memphis waiting for the disease to end. After the Wasting Plague the only thing thriving in this state is scavengers. Arkansas later became effectively a city-state.
