Anatoly Novaragov is the CEO of SovOil.
Biography
Anatoly Novaragov is the current CEO of the company SovOil. He was originally a very miserly man, but in recent years his persona has changed so much that people question whether he is actually someone else who has assumed the name Anatoly Novaragov. Anatoly has contacts in the KGB that he uses to dispose of his corporate rivals.[1]
