It is rewarded after completing New Dawn Fades, i.e., give/take V's body to/as Johnny Silverhand during Changes following either Knockin' on Heaven's Door (asking Rogue for help), Belly of the Beast (asking Panam for help), or (Don't Fear) The Reaper (going in alone).
