Valdemar, nicknamed "the Bully," is a character featured in Cyberpunk 2077.[1]
Biography
Valdemar the Bully is a member of the Animals, a gang that devotes themselves to reach beyond peak human physical condition to establish themselves as the new dominant human subspecies.
