Constitutional Arms
Constitutional Arms, also known as ConArms, is a weapons manufacturer in the Cyberpunk universe.
Overview
Known for their simplistic, midtier shotguns and machine guns. According to Morgan Blackhand, the Liberty is an old school, undying classic.[1]
At some point in 2077, Constitutional Arms withdrew their sponsorship for a film that would be titled "Hell Lake 3" produced by 24 FRAMES PER SECOND Studios.[2]
