Member	Role	Description
Yorinobu Arasaka	Rockerboy	Rebel son of Saburo Arasaka and founder of the Steel Dragons bosozoku boostergang in Tokyo, Japan. His goal is to stop Arasaka from controlling the world.
Okiyo	Solo	Sideman of Yorinobu Arasaka in the Steel Dragons bosozoku gang. He's young, violent, and sports a black biking leather and sunglasses.
Yoshitune	Solo	Sideman to Yorinobu Arasaka and member of the Steel Dragons. Helps Yorinobu lead an attack on the Arasaka compound in Japan.
Hiraga	Solo	One of Yorinobu's contacts in Night City, who got captured by Arasaka troops and interrogated for information.
