No japan and arasaka are separate. Some of the arasaka troops are ex-SDF that weren't satisfied with japanese politics. But Japan doesn't do anything because Arasaka has so much power outside the country and makes so much money why even bother

Having anime and j-pop in 2077, no why? It would only please anime fans and have no other reason of being there.
