I made those categories in preparation for the news dump on the 25th, the marketing ramping up afterwards, and finally the release of the game soon after. It's to help newcomers to properly organize the various characters that will be added. As of now I have no plans to add list of gang members since it's unlikely the gang pages will become large enough to warrent it. Things can change, but for now that's how it is.
