Vinnie Ciccioné
Vinnie Ciccioné is an Arasaka agent based in Little Italy.
Biography
In the 2020s, Ciccioné was an Arasaka agent who was assigned to work as an undercover agent in the mob so that the corporation could ascertain it's threat level along with whether they needed to deal with it.[1]
