Kang Tao in Cyberpunk 2077 was originally designed according to Cyberpunk 2020 settings, and all Chinese text was in traditional Chinese (because it is a Taiwanese company in Cyberpunk 2020). But because it involves political sensitivity in mainland China, it has now been changed to simplified Chinese. So I think it is reasonable to change the headquarters to Shanghai, but I want to know if this is the official setting of CDPR? If this is not the setting of CDPR, then Kang Tao's headquarters may be in other parts of mainland China.
