If the book says Taiwan then it's Taiwan, from what I remember someone gave me the information back when I worked on it. Funny how I missed that. It was before I was an official moderator. Anyways I'd say change it if you have the reference, but make sure to come ask again if you see contradictory information because some books have different lore and we go with the most recent.
