Harold Pickman
Harold Pickman is local street artist. Harold comes from a family with a long standing artistic tradition. He also keeps his eyes and ears open when on the streets. Because of this he is an excellent source of information if approached properly. He will be willing to part with most of his information if he can sell one of his more expensive paintings.[1]
