Dogcatcher

Dogcatcher is anti-IC program. If a Hellhound, Pit Bull, Bloodhound or Watchdog gets by a Netrunner, use this program to hunt them down before they interfere with the 'runner's line. It must catch up with them (make D10 +Dogcatcher's STR vs. D10+target's STR) first before taking effect

Note: this is a one-use program; it de-rezzes after capturing the Dog!
