Laurence E. Muir
Laurence E. Muir is a character featured in Interface Magazine.
Biography
Laurence has been running form the cops for years, and has evaded them at each turn. He is a ripperdoc from Night City and has supplied the various gangs with illegal cyberware and special unique hardware only found from him. Coming across him can be very intimidating with his height reaching up to 6'9 he towers over nearly everyone that see him for his services.[1]
