Scopes are various attachments used in the Cyberpunk universe to enhance weapon accuracy and functionality.

Scopesight

Scopesight is a Weapon Attachment in Cyberpunk 2020. It is a simple lens that can be mounted onto a weapon, increasing the accuracy of ranged shots. The information is sourced from a book published in 1992 by M. MacDonald, specifically on page 83.

Targeting Scope

The Targeting Scope is an add-on for the Cybereye in Cyberpunk RED. It can only be installed at a Clinic at a cost of 500 eb and adds +1 to Check rolls when making an Aimed Shot. Installing multiple Targeting Scopes provides no additional benefit. It has a Humanity Loss of 3 during Character Generation and a loss of 1d6 when installed later. This information is from the Cyberpunk RED Core Rulebook published by R. Talsorian Games in 2020.

Sniping Scope

The Sniping Scope is a Weapon Attachment in Cyberpunk RED that helps hit targets up to 800 m/yds away. It can be installed on any non-Exotic Ranged Weapon but provides no bonuses if used with the TeleOptics. The information is sourced from the Cyberpunk RED Core Rulebook, published by R. Talsorian Games in 2020, on page 344.

Infrared Nightvision Scope

The Infrared Nightvision Scope is a Weapon Attachment in Cyberpunk RED that allows aiming unobscured by darkness, smoke, or fog. It can be installed on all non-Exotic Ranged Weapons. This information is also from the Cyberpunk RED Core Rulebook published in 2020.

Attachments in Cyberpunk 2077

Attachments enhance weaponry in Cyberpunk 2077 and can be equipped on ranged weaponry only. There are two slot types for attachments: Scope and Muzzle. Scopes reduce ADS time and increase projectile range. Various scopes are available, including the OS-1 GimletEye (Tier 1), Hyakume (Tier 3), Add-Vantage (Tier 1), CQO Kanone MINI Mk.72 (Tier 3), and Type 2067 (Tier 4). Other attachments include silencers and modifications that can enhance weapon stats.
