Background
The Voodoo Boys: What We Know and What We Don't is a readable shard in Cyberpunk 2077. Haitians consider Pacifica their territory, having built it with their hands, blood, and sweat. In the 2060s, corporations employed Haitians as cheap labor, and by 2069, they recognized Pacifica as their new home. However, the Unification War scared off investors, leading Pacifica to become self-sufficient and cut off from the rest of the city.
The Voodoo Boys Gang
Little is known about the Voodoo Boys gang, which existed in some form before the catastrophe of 2062. Initially, the Voodoo Boys acted solely as a cadre of netrunners in Haiti. In Night City, they fulfill a social function, establishing and enforcing common law in the Pacifica district and ensuring the relative well-being of their fellow residents. The Voodoo Boys exhibit steadfast loyalty for their own and have contempt for those from the city. They can be found in a parking lot on East Valley Street in Rancho Coronado, Santo Domingo.
