Overview

Seoul has been destroyed and rebuilt several times over, and while it was still in the process of rebuilding by 2020, it still remained the center of politics in the country.

Several politically-motivated terrorist attacks have occurred in the city, and there’s a rising subculture of disaffected Cyberpunks that want a less-restrictive government system.
