Yeah I don't see the second section in it but I see the 1st one got copied a few times, one at the very bottom and one below this bit:

Also those portal codes seem dated but for now can leave it (I believe they're to do with the main page but can eventually fix that later). However, you can remove this code (it's very outdated code from long ago that's not needed anymore for any wikis):
