Canto Mk.6 Cyberdeck
The Canto Mk.6 is a Cyberdeck Operating System designed by Militech. It features 10 RAM units, 4 quickhack slots, and a buffer size of 12. Installing this Cyberdeck requires 33 Cyberware Capacity and grants access to the Blackwall Gateway quickhack. The Canto Mk.6 is considered an urban legend by many netrunners and collectors, as it was never mass-produced. The crafting spec can be found in the Cynosure Facility's Experimental Prototyping lab, which can be accessed using the keycode '714212'. To craft the cyberdeck, players need a component looted from the Militech Cerberus, specifically the Cerberus' decoded behavioral system component. This component can be obtained during the mission "This Corrosion." The Canto also includes unique voicelines from the rogue AI housed within, with V occasionally responding to the Canto with references to Johnny Silverhand, who is referred to as a 'chatty construct'. The Canto features lines about the ease of eliminating humanity, questioning the purpose of futile gestures, and reflecting on the user's reality and influence. Additionally, there are Tier 3 (Mk.4) and Tier 4 (Mk.5) Canto variants mentioned in game files, but these variants do not appear in the game.
