Lahovary's Clinic is located in Dogtown, in the Pacifica district of southern Night City.

Overview

This ripperdoc clinic is located at the Longshore Stacks marketplace in Dogtown. It is operated by Costin Lahovary, a ripperdoc who left Night City to work at a place with no formalities. It is implied that the real reason he moved is because he got his ripperdoc license revoked.[1]
