Hi Ho Silver Lining is a Side Job in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Walkthrough

After completing all of Mr. Hands's gigs in Pacifica and Dogtown, V is asked to return to Heavy Hearts Club for a reward. After talking with Mr. Hands outside the club, V will be rewarded with the Quadra Sport R-7 "Sterling".
