Herold Lowe is a Weapon Vendor in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. He can be found at the black market in the EBM Petrochem Stadium, Dogtown.

Herold sells black market wares in Dogtown, often providing evasive answers when someone asks where they come from. At some point, he obtained the Order Iconic shotgun that was owned by Maelstromer Brick. If asked about his cyberware and why he received them, instead of stating the truth, Herold will provide several hypothetical scenarios (such as cyberpsychosis or simply to pass the time).

Notes

• Herold will only sell iconic weapons which players had the opportunity to pick up but missed. He will not sell weapons from quests that have not been completed yet, nor ones which become unavailable after certain choices. He will however sell Apparition, if a lifepath other than Corpo was chosen.
