Treating Symptoms is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Walkthrough

Indira Barazza has fallen victim to blackmail by Milko Alexis, a Netrunner affiliated with the Voodoo Boys. He's threatened to hack Indira's lungs if she refuses to comply with their demands. The victim reached out to Mr. Hands, who in turn hired V to resolve the situation and neutralize the threat. V travels to Milko's base of operations in Dogtown, the Luxor High Wellness Spa, in order to make direct contact with Milko and deal with those that stand in their way.

If V encounters and talks with the supplier:

While navigating through the base, V encounters their supplier, who has a deal with the Voodoo Boys and supplies them with implants used for research purposes. V then asks if he knows about Milko's whereabouts, to which he responds that he doesn't.

If V chastises the supplier for his lack of thanks:

The supplier argues back, claiming that he had the situation under control until V showed up.

If V intimidates the supplier with physical force:

V pushes the supplier against the wall to coerce him into talking. He still refuses, prompting V to punch him in the face until he finally shares what he knows.

The supplier explains that the Voodoo Boys take most of the implants and dismantle them in order to study their software and research new exploits. The leftover implants are installed in old combat robots. Of these robots, one in particular has proven useful to them.

He then offers to patch into the server room where the robots are kept and sabotage the servers to render them explosive.

If V offers a bribe of €$500:

V attempts to bribe the supplier into divulging information with 500 eurodollars. He accepts the money, explains the purpose of the implants, and offers to sabotage the server room where the robots are stored.

V enters the server room, where a group of Robot R Mk.2s are deployed to eliminate the intruder. After V neutralizes the squad leader, all of the other robots in the server room self-destruct and the emergency exit protocol is engaged. V follows the emergency exit hallway to find another man standing alongside a jacked-in Milko. He introduces himself as Alan Noël, an undercover NetWatch agent tasked with infiltrating the Voodoo Boys' ranks. He explains that his mission was to dismantle their criminal network from within, and that he needs Milko alive so that he can piggyback off of his connection and glean as much information as possible. He asks for V to spare Milko in order to continue his mission.

If V spares Milko and Alan:

After V leaves the Voodoo Boys hideout, they receive a call from Mr. Hands. He informs V that Indira Barazza was just added to NetWatch's witness protection list, guarding her against virtually any potential attack.

Noël will send V a text message a few days later with an extra €$8,000.

If V refuses Alan's offer:

V declines Alan's offer, instead neutralizing him and Milko in order to fulfill the contract as originally planned.

Journal Entry

Indira Barazza wouldn't be the first or the last to fall prey to the Voodoo Boys' blackmail. What's interesting is the gang seems to have only the technical employees of her corp in their sights. They made our client an offer she couldn't refuse – cooperate or die. Indira chose a third route: she called me. The Voodoo Boy threatening to hack her lungs is one Milko Alexis. See to it that he kindly leaves her the fuck alone.
