Nika Yankovich, after learning her twin brother Gaspar had been brought to Haven Clinic, stormed into its premises with a group of fellow Scavengers and chased out Odell Blanco alongside all the patients after ripperdoc Anthony Anderson refused to let her see her sibling and barricaded himself in his office. Blanco reached out to Mr. Hands, who contacted the mercenary V to solve this predicament.

After talking to Odell—who has made a temporary clinic across the road at The Golden Fleece—V approaches the former church to find a way inside.

Once inside, V deals with the Scavengers and goes downstairs to Anthony Anderson's office. There, they find Nika threatening the ripperdoc at gunpoint, demanding to see her brother. Anthony explains Gaspar overdosed and died after arriving at the clinic, but at least he could harvest his Implants to save other lives. Nika refuses and demands him to give her brother's corpse.

If V engages combat with Nika Yankovich:

V neutralizes Nika, much to Anthony's relief.

If any Scavengers are still alive and conscious:

The other Scavengers are alerted to the situation, leading V to neutralize those that remain.

With the threat now taken care of, Anthony plans to clean up the mess and continue his work at the clinic.

After leaving the clinic, Mr. Hands congratulates V on a job well done. Anthony has apparently declined his offer of help in cleaning up the mess, instead choosing to examine the bodies himself.

If V lets Nika Yankovich kill Anthony Anderson:

V decides to leave Anthony's fate to Nika, who then beats Anthony to death. After leaving the the clinic, V returns to Odell and delivers the bad news. Odell laments Anthony's loss and says that they're finished, but V convinces him to keep the clinic running in his stead.

Mr. Hands is disappointed that V failed to protect Anthony. However, since the threat from the Scavengers has been dealt with, he decides to close the gig and consider it complete regardless.

If V manages to convince Anthony to tell Nika where Gaspar's body is:

V managed to talk Anthony Anderson into submission and give up Gaspar Yankovich's body to his sister. He reveals that the body was kept in the "cooling room" in the room across from his office.

Mr. Hands is pleased that V managed the gig without killing anyone, because this way Anthony and his clinic won't have to fear a possible retaliation by the Scavengers.

Journal Entry

The poor never catch a break, do they? Anderson's clinic can barely make ends meet, and now the Scavengers are giving them hell, too, The gang has some business with the good doctor - and he couldn't care less. He's barricaded himself in his office; nobody in, nobody out. What's worse, Anderson's the only physician the clinic has. Please, speak with his assistant Odell Blanco at the scene and get this sick situation sorted.
