Dragoon Plating, Metalgear is a Borgware External Body Cyberware option in Cyberpunk RED.
Overview
Dragoon Plating, Metalgear can be installed only at a Hospital at a cost of 15,000 eb. Installing this option requires the user have BODY 16 or higher unless they're a Full Body Conversion. This armors the user's body and head at SP18, akin to Metalgear, albeit with a -3 penalty to REF, DEX, and MOVE. As an Action, the user can jettison their armor, removing both SP and Armor Penalty. With an Action, the user can summon a set of unattached plating within 6m/yd which fly through the air and attach to the user. [1]
Additional sets of Dragoon Plating, Metalgear can be purchased for 5,000 eb (Luxury) and ordering custom designs and colors adds 100eb to the cost. Dragoon Plating contains nanomachines that heal naturally for 1 SP per day.[1]
It has a Humanity Loss of 14 during Character Generation, and a loss of 4d6 when installed later.[1]
