Downtown was a district located in central Night City during the Time of the Red.

Overview

Around 2045, Downtown became a new district in Night City by carving out and gentrifying a section of Little Europe. This was done by the Chamber of Commerce, a consortium of fixers and executives led by Mister Kernaghan. They were hoping to create the most commercially friendly district in the metropolis to prepare for Night City's full revival.[1]
