Chopper's
Chopper's is a bar located in the Little Europe district of central Night City.
Overview
Chopper's was named as an allusion to the bar's previous status as a butcher shop, which shut down after they were left without any more meat to sell. Rather than replacing the old chill-cases, the new owner (called Norman) put them to good use by storing cold booze there instead. Customers then sat on high stools up against the chill-cases, with Norman and his staff pouring out the shots and sliding them over. Enterprising techies or medtechs also stopped by to purchase pre-owned cyberware that they would only have to clean and fix to use again.[1]
The bar was also regularly visited due to Norman's nephew, 80/20, who was an infamous local fixer running his business from Chopper's defunct walk-in freezer in the back of the bar. The meatgrinder still worked, however, as had come to realize anyone that tried to mess with 80/20, hence the nickname due to his gains and client's loss. For a price, he also offered the grinder for anyone that wanted to get rid of a body.[1][2]

- Chopper's didn't have any signature drink, instead offering beer, rotgut or other cheap beverages, costing 10eb each.[1]
