Personal bodyguard to Jago, member of BARGHEST and a man with an obscure past. On the surface, Charlie (as he's known to friends) appears to be the task-oriented type, a man of few words. Because of this, many assume his mental capacities have been dulled by years of excessive cyberware use, though this couldn't be farther from the truth. Charlie has a passion for chess and German opera. Only a select few know that he spent his childhood on the streets of Vienna, dreaming of a career on the stage. However, his family's sudden bankruptcy forced him into a life of crime, eventually leading him to Dogtown. Today, Charlie is one of Jago's most capable and trusted soldiers. Without him, Jago may have never climbed so high in his career.
